Slabs

At Teresina Soapstone, we only import the highest quality soapstone. All of our soapstone slabs are regulated to be three centimeters thick (just over 1.25") to avoid weak points in the slab. We frequently receive new shipments of soapstone slabs, so if you don't see a photo you like check back with us in a few weeks. Here are photos of soapstone slabs we currently have available.

In some of the photos to the left we have applied mineral oil to a portion of the slab to show the dichotomy of oiled surfaces versus the un-oiled surface.  The mineral oil simply enhances the darker colors of the surface but the mineral oil does NOT seal or protect the stone.
